All my life I have had a love of history, legends, and mythology. And like all artists a love (or greed) for beauty... particularly the otherworldly images of the great visionary artists who painted what could not otherwise be seen.

As an adult my enthusiasm has not waned. I believe myth and legend reach far beyond entertainment value, to guide, inspire, and reflect the deeper wider patterning of truths in human experience. Likewise, visionary art has the same power to convey an 'air' or truth which is otherwise difficult to filter through language alone. Where the rivers of art and myth merge, we find things wondrous strange with great thrills and perils for the artist.

In coming months I plan to personalize my site to a greater degree with drawings and works in progress. At present the site is home to some of my books beginning with "Legend" - created in my early twenties, and my first effort to contribute in my own small way, to keeping old half forgotten legends alive...
